Mariska is a management professional with more than 9 years of both domestic and overseas experience within the management business process. Her strong background in social sciences and management has allowed her to directly experience various roles within the management landscape.

As a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Management, Mariska holds a Master's degree from Blue Mountain Management School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Indonesia.
